How to sign up

The owner of the pharmacy will have received a newsletter to the email associated with his pharmacy with Bayer. Check your inbox and spam with them if they have problems finding it.
The owner should click on the button at the bottom of the email with the "Join the Club" message to begin.
The owner's registration form should be pre-filled out with their email and pharmacy. You must complete it with your name, surname, DNI/NIE and the password you wish to use (this must be in capital letters, a special character and more than 8 digits). If you want to change the email you can delete it and write a new email.
After completing the sign up and sending it, you will receive an email where you should verify your account for security reasons. You won't be able to access until you verify your account, it is an essential step. The verification email contains a link and you only have to click on it to complete this verification.
You can now access Club Bayer and personalize your profile by filling in your personal data, a profile picture, your professional description and the selection of your interests. To do this, go to 'My profile' > 'Edit profile'. This information is optional but recommended for a better experience.
The next step is to invite all the members of your pharmacy team. From the menu item 'My profile' > 'My team' you must click on "Invite your team". Your email account will open automatically and you will see an email with a text and a special link for the invitation. You only need to insert your team's emails and send the invitation. You can repeat this action as many times as you want to invite your pharmacy team members.
The pharmacists will receive in their email the owner's invitation, which is an email with a specific link. They will have to complete their sign up and verify their account.
When a team member finishes the sign up process, the owner is notified by email. In the section 'My profile' > 'My team' you can see the new requests and manage the team members.
To accept team members you must select a role for each one. There are two roles available for pharmacy employees:
- Staff: These users will have access to all individual Club Bayer benefits, without any permission to manage sell out challenges or pharmacy actions.
- Manager: These users are the "right hand" of the owner. Selecting a member as a "manager" gives them permission to manage the pharmacy and sell out challenges with the same permissions as an owner.
