Club Bayer

BAYER has developed the concept of Club Bayer on this website. Club Bayer is a digital channel launched by the Division of Consumer Health Spain, focused on training, information and loyalty for pharmacy professionals in Spain.

The main objective of Club Bayer is to help improve the pharmaceutical recommendation on food and cosmetic products and to grow the pharmacy.

At Club Bayer you can find: quality training content where you can test your knowledge, training challenges, knowledge challenges and visibility challenges with which you can earn points and exchange them for products or gift cards from a very catalog interesting awards.

Club Bayer has been designed in compliance with all current regulations in Spain and with the Farmaindustria code. The sales challenges are exclusively for food and cosmetic products and do not constitute any incentive for pharmacy professionals in the field of medicines. The points obtained by the user are obtained by their assessment of training, questions or surveys and by uploading images in the case of visibility challenges related exclusively to food and cosmetic products, not constituting any incentive for pharmacy professionals in the field of medications.

My trainings

The trainings consist of a series of specialized contents on topics related to health and pharmacy management, presented in different formats such as videos, infographics and presentations with which you can learn or refresh your knowledge on pathologies, treatments, Bayer products and applied business management. to the pharmacy. All the training courses have been developed by Bayer and by a team of pharmacists, complying with all current medical and regulatory standards and with rigorous internal validation by Bayer.

The trainings are intended to provide relevant information for professionals working in a pharmacy with the aim of improving the pharmaceutical recommendation about food and cosmetic products. In the training you will be able to learn about different categories such as vitamins, digestive health, women's intimate health, skin care, flu and cold, among others. You can also learn about business management applied to the pharmacy.

Every time you finish a food or cosmetic product training, you will have the opportunity to answer some questions to check what you have learned. If you answer the questions correctly in the allotted time, you can assess the training and earn points. In this case, your training will appear as "completed".

My challenges

In Club Bayer you can find 3 types of challenges. Two challenges at the user level (challenges of knowledge and challenges of visibility) and one challenge at the pharmacy level (challenge of sale for food and cosmetic products). The challenges expire and have a period of time, when the term has expired you can no longer make or participate.

Knowledge challenges are challenges that include a series of questions related to training and surveys that we launch to get your opinion. Each knowledge challenge has a period in which you can do it, some associated points and some labels about the category and status of your challenge.

The visibility challenges of food and cosmetic products are challenges that we launch at the user level so that up to 3 images of the activation of the challenge in the pharmacy can be uploaded. They refer to a brand and an activation area (showcase, displays, shelf, vip visibility, etc.). Once you upload the images, you will get the associated points. BAYER will carry out an analysis and audit of the uploaded images and in the case that they do not correspond to the visibility challenge, it will eliminate the points and may eliminate the user's account.

My points and my points catalogue

Any user verified and accepted by the pharmacy holder can earn points as consideration for the evaluations of the training courses, the knowledge challenges and for uploading images of the visibility challenges related exclusively to food and cosmetic products. You can see the points you have in my profile and your ranking, in the section of my profile, my points and in the section of my prize catalog.

Club Bayer has an award catalog section, an exclusive selection of more than 30 products and services that you can redeem with your accumulated points. If you have enough points you can exchange them for products or gift cards. If it is a product, we will send it directly to your pharmacy. If it is a gift card, you can automatically download the instructions to activate your code and obtain your gift card.

Each user will be able to redeem in prizes a maximum of 20,000 points from January 1st to December 31st. There is a limit per user and year in order to comply with current regulations and internal BAYER good practices.

BAYER reserves the possibility of making changes in the limit of points to be exchanged, in the points assigned to training, challenges of knowledge and visibility, in the points necessary for product or gift card as well as setting limits on the use and expiration of points.

Your User Files

BAYER may organize contests as well as different activities (hereinafter, the Activities) through the Website. In some cases, in order to participate in the Activities that BAYER organizes through the Website, the User must be the holder of a User Account.
